Who We Are

ECCO was created in 2007 to form an organization of community efforts that would assure the air, soil, water, and environment in and about Jefferson County in the State of New York is clean and healthful, and to advocate with public and governments that policies be implemented and that laws be passed to assure such a clean and healthful environment and citizens rights to their quality of Life. To assure that protection of human health and protection of wildlife is being upheld by the polices and laws implemented.
