Our members are located in the Townships of Clayton, Orleans, Cape Vincent, Brownville, Watertown and Lyme. We have military families who will be retiring here. We are in contact with other local alliances; Cape Vincent, Wolfe Island, Lowville and we are supported by Save The River and Thousand Islands Land Trust. If you would like to join our group, and help to continue to offer information to all residents, leasers of turbines and the officials of the Townships, please complete the form below and mail along with your check made out to ECCO to:
