ECCO provides residents weekly information meetings at 6:00 PM at the Depauville Community Center/Library. Residents have the opportunity to seek information regarding the Horse Creek Project as well as view the maps of both the proposed turbine locations and noise impacts.
In the Town of Orleans residents may view the Horse Creek Project of the turbine settings and noise impacts at the Orleans Public Library located in the village of LaFargeville, NY.
ECCO organizational meetings are held on the 3rd Monday of each month at the Depauville Community Center/Library: 6:00 PM Open Forum and 7:00 PM meeting. Meetings are open to all residents.
